ERIN RICHARDSON

Erin grew up in Trentham Victoria, the youngest of four children, attending school at Sacred Heart - Kyneton. Completing her nursing degree at Australian Catholic University, Erin spent her graduate year at The Royal Children’s Hospital, and worked as a nurse in the UK whilst travelling. Upon returning to Melbourne in 2001 and resuming work at the RCH, Erin studied an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, before returning to the Central Highlands to work as a nurse and Myotherapist whilst raising her two children. Erin first qualified as a Pilates Rehabilitation instructor in 2014 and has been teaching ever since, firstly in Daylesford and moving the studio to Creswick in 2025.
Erin likes to keep well and active, having played netball at championship grade in the Victorian Netball League, and has continues playing and coaching competitive netball locally, until 49 years of age.

Erin enjoys actively participating in a range of sports including golf, basketball, mounting biking, tennis, swimming and water polo.​
